Order Issues
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can help you cancel it. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can still return it for a refund once it arrives.
Yes! We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are unworn and in their original condition. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on how to return or exchange an item.
Delivery
Check your tracking information: When your order ships, you should receive an email with tracking details. Check the tracking link to see if there are any updates on the delivery status. It might show if there’s a delay or if the package is still in transit.
Wait a few extra days: Sometimes, delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Give it a few more days to see if the package arrives.
Reach out to customer service: If your order is still not delivered after a reasonable period and the tracking info isn’t helpful, contact our customer service team at [[email protected] ]. We’ll help investigate the issue, and if necessary, we can look into a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Initiate the exchange: To start the process, simply reach out to our customer service team at [[email protected]] or use the contact form on our website within 5 days of receiving your order. Let us know that you’d like to exchange your item and specify the new size, color, or style you’d prefer.
Return the item: Once your exchange request is processed, we’ll guide you through the return process. You’ll need to return the item in its original condition (unworn, with tags attached) to our return address.
Receive your exchange: After we receive the returned item, we’ll ship out your exchange as soon as possible. You’ll receive a tracking number once your new item is on the way.
